Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing technology is incredibly diverse in its applications and cost-effective. Because of this FDM is continuing to growth and capture more of the 3D printing market. Although FDM technology is rapidly changing, it is important to point out that not all FDM printers provide the same end results. Some printers will more detail and provide high precision and high quality prints while others produce prints of low and mediocre quality. To address this, Highsense is introducing servo solutions for this purpose. Each Highsense printer has responsive printing control for the whole system. This means that for each of the 3 printing axes, the system has the ability to control and adjust the speed and acceleration for each of the printing axes. This is especially important to achieve high quality details in the prints. This functional ability is ubiquitous in the aerospace industry, the medical field, and consumer electronics. With these Highsense FDM 3D printers, manufacturers can expand their production volume and as a result, save time and money.
